All orders are processed within three business days and immediately shipped out within 3-5 business days for delivery, however delays are possible. Please be aware that some orders may take 3-7 business days to ship out once the order is placed.
We are able to adjust shipping addresses within 12 hours of order placement. If you need to change your address and it is within the 12 hour time frame please email us at email@example.com or contact us immediately.
We cannot adjust addresses after 12 hours, customers are held responsible for choosing their address. Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing the order.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All sale, special price or discounted items are considered final sale and may only be returned for store credit.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours to report the damaged item. If the damaged item is not reported within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery, it will not be eligible for any credit, the policy is strictly enforced. Please see our return policy for more details.

Unfortunately after 12 hours of placing your order we are unable to cancel, modify, edit or change your order. However, if you are unhappy with your orders once it is received. We will be able to issue a return label for you to send products back to our distribution center within 30 days after delivery. The products must be unopened and unused if returned. Once the items are received a refund will be issued (minus any restocking fees etc)
Most likely we were unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled. If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address. To preserve your jewelry's condition, we recommend keeping jewelry away from water, perfume, cosmetics and avoid contact with chemicals and abrasive products. Use a soft cloth to clean and store in a pouch to secure from impact and friction.
